Product Specifications Flag:  3 wide x 11.5ft tall - flags are made from durable knitted polyester - one-sided printing; print is on front with the mirror image visible from back* *Flags are designed to be viewed at a distance.  Some designs have black shading that looks like it could be bad printing when viewed up close.  These are a purposeful part of the design and not printing errors. - bleed-through;  75% to 90% on back of flag depending on color - color variations; color of flag and sleeve may vary from one printing lot to another or due to your computer monitor’s color settings - full sleeve;  stitched side sleeve slips over flagpole for easy set-up and allows the flag to be visible or open at all times       - because this product is intended for outdoor use and is subject to weather conditions, warranty is not offered (except for manufacturer defeats) - bringing in the flag at night and/or during harsh weather conditions may increase the life span of the product  Hybrid Flagpole: - approximately 16ft tall - 4 piece pole set includes 3 straight aluminum pieces and 1 flexible fiberglass top piece - fiberglass top piece will bend to fit the curved sleeve of any of our  Windless flags and allows the flag to move with the wind - pole is easy to assemble and disassemble for installation and storage   Ground Mount Stake:  - made of aluminum - made to fit any of our flagpoles (Swooper Windless, Swooper, and Hybrid flagpoles)
