Wonderful Romany Gypsy woman plaster figurine holding a mandolin.
She has been made to look as though she is carved from wood and is in deep ochres and browns

She is in reasonably good condition for her age. 

She does have some losses including around her bandana, on her hair at the back,on her right hand and sleeve,small varnish loss on left hand  around her waistcoat edge, skirt edge and around the base. Mostly small losses.  

Her left arm has a gold painted bangle. Above that, there is some varnish wear. It looks like the mandolin handle should be longer but that's a guess as it is painted so maybe not (please see all pictures)

She is heavy, at around 1.9 kilos and is just about 50cm (just under 20 inches) tall.
