Packaging has been lightly cleaned of dirt and dust.

This is the printing with the red "Important!" rectangle on the back not lining up correctly with the text.

There are a few small tears. The first is under the "C" in "CAPCOM" on the front cover. The second is in the far bottom left corner of the front cover. The third is under the "EN" in "RESIDENT" on the spine. All three tears are small holes about the size of the top of a pin needle. Please see photos for more detail.
