This knife is close to the sharpness of carbon steel products, and can be widely used for both professional and home use.

<Cautions for use>

This product is made of rust-resistant alloy steel. After use, wash the blade and handle well with detergent and wipe dry with a dry towel. Please do not use a dishwasher.

Do not force the blade to cut frozen food, bones, or other hard objects, as this may cause the blade to spill, bend, or crack. Please use the appropriate knife for the intended use.
