This art work was done by a Gordon A. Schutte. The artwork is named “Frowning Clown”. It is a pastel that has been signed in 1979. But framed professionally by a company in Bloomfield Hills out of Michigan. The framing took place in 1991. This piece of artwork was purchased out of an estate sale. Also in Michigan.
