Bold and Intricate Camellia design in maki-e / inside has Gin-dame


This natsume features a bold and intricate design of camellias depicted in gold lacquer. 
Upon opening the lid, the interior is finished in a glossy silver lacquer.

The technique involves applying a silver-colored coating called "gin-dame" on the inside, followed by a layer of transparent lacquer, allowing the silver color to shine through.
