At CUSTOM FIT GOLF we are an authorized dealer for all the Major Golf Brands! We only deal with and sell 100% authentic equipment. We are very aware of the growing problem of fake/counterfeit golf clubs being sold on eBay. We are trained on how to spot a fake golf club and if a club is questionable we call or send the club to the original manufacturer directly.

We can not, under any circumstance accept merchandise sold as new to be returned in used condition. Your item will not be accepted for return even if it has been hit only once. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and the refund issued will only be the cost of the item won. On items sold with free shipping, we will retain a fee to cover us for the initial shipping. All items sold are subject to this return policy. There is a 10% Re-Stocking Fee on New Clubs.

Used Product Returns:

If the club you ordered is not to your liking we do allow returns. The club must be returned in the same condition it was ordered in. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost and the refund issued will only be the cost of the item won. On items sold with free shipping, we will retain a fee to cover us for the initial shipping. All items sold are subject to this return policy. There is a 10% Re-Stocking Fee on Used Clubs.

RE-GRIPPING: If you would like your clubs re-gripped before shipping, please contact us for pricing. We stock a full grip inventory at all times. Lie angles on irons can be bent to your specs for $6.00 per club.

We can adjust the lie angle on PING irons and re-paint the color code for $9 per club. We can only adjust ping irons 2 degrees up or down.

Extensions are $7.00 per club, you can also have the club(s) cut down for $2.00 a club (keep in mind that if we can not save the grips, then the club(s) will also have to be re-gripped if they are extended or cut down)

Putter lie angle / loft adjustment is $10.00.

Re-Shafting prices vary depending on the price of the shaft, please inquire if you are interested! (we can get just about any shaft(s) you desire! {allow 3-10 days for re-shafting services).

Allow 1-2 days of extra handling for re-grips, and 1-3 days of extra handling before shipping for all other services. Thanks...
