In good used condition. I believe the on/off switch is to turn the horn on/off via grounding. However I haven't tested it out myself. I bought this from Japan a very long time ago. Over 10 years ago so I don't have any information on it anymore. Sold as is! Perhaps you can add a vinyl sticker to customize it! Ships from Canada. Canada Post for Canadians buyers.
