DELIVERY

Deliveries to Northern Ireland Southern Ireland Channel islands will be subject to a delivery delay and incur an additional delivery cost .Please contact us for more details for delivery to these areas.

Items such as engines and full interiors are sent on pallets using a 3-5 working day service. Unfortunately pallet deliveries do incur a fee (this will be outlined on the eBay listing). Again there is an express service available for a small additional cost.

We use a variety of delivery companies to be able to offer the most cost effective delivery of your goods, all our carriers are chosen because they have a good combination of successful delivery rates, low damage reports and low price.

If you do experience any problems with delivery of an item, please contact us and we can look into whatever issues you are having.

 

                                                                                          WARRANTY

All our parts except ECU's and electronic control boxes are covered by a minimum 28 Day unlimited mileage warranty from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the advert.

Engine warranties are only valid if new cam belts/idlers/tensioners are fitted prior to installation - proof will be required in the event of a claim. The warranty does not cover bolt on items like turbo, alternators, pumps, fans or sensors.

NONE OF OUR WARRANTIES ARE TRANSFERRABLE AND ARE VALID FOR ITEMS IN THE UK ONLY.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with the item for whatever reason, please contact us via eBay message to arrange a return and refund.

All items are closely inspected for defects prior to listing, security marked and carefully packaged before being sent in order to avoid courier damage. We ask all customers to inspect goods before signing to ensure it hasn't been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses to wait, then simply sign as 'DAMAGED' so a claim can be made against them if necessary.

If the item is damaged, faulty, or 'not as described' then we will provide a full refund if a replacement part cannot supplied. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item so collection can be arranged. Unfortunately any labour changes incurred won't be covered and will not be refunded.

Euro Japs Scotland ltd operates a 28 day return policy for unwanted items, so the item must be returned back to us within 28 days of the sale date. The item will be inspected on return for our security marks, if these have been removed then we won't be able to process the refund as we aren't able to establish if the returned item is the same one that was originally sent out.

If a part has been supplied correctly as per the eBay listing (error made by the buyer), or the part is no longer required you must contact us and return the item (at the cost of the buyer). You are still entitled to a refund but a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount to recover initial delivery, labour, packaging & restock costs as the item was correctly supplied.

If you are happy with the product, please leave positive feedback for us. We sell a lot of items so we tend to leave feedback many at a time, if you have not had yours yet, don't panic it will appear in due course. The star rating system is also an important part to complete so please remember to complete this.

If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us by ebay message so we have a chance to resolve any issues you may have. We endeavour to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and we want to ensure you are happy with the purchase and transaction. If problems do occur we are contactable via phone or e-mail during office hours, allowing us the opportunity to find a resolution will provide the best outcome for both buyer and seller.

EURO JAPS SCOTLAND  LTD are a Family and close friend run business we are also a ATF approved facility for end of life vehicles based in Coatbridge, Scotland

We dismantle all makes and models of vehicles on site and sell used car parts to public and the trade.   

We use a variety of parcel delivery companies to ensure we can provide a cost effective delivery option for each and every item.

Heavy items such as large body panels, engines, gearboxes and full interiors are sent on a pallet.

We do use library pictures for some items that do not warrant an individual listing and image, other cosmetic or expensive items such as Wings, Bumpers, interior seat sets, engines, gearboxes or axles will have their own picture.
