All edges gilt. xv, 680 / viii, 680 pp. ~7.5" x 10.75". Illustrated throughout in b+w.

Leather is deteriorating and shows wear, aging, soiling, and loss. 

There is some active crumbling to leather. Wear/loss along joints.

Vol. II has loss to head of spine and wear along rear top edge.

Bindings are firm. Some play to front hinge of Vol. I and separation along joint.

Light soiling to endpapers; small erasure ghost at upper corner of front endpapers;

o/w interior is evenly toned with limited wear/soiling/age spotting. 

I did not find any markings to the text.
