This item appears to be from a closed pottery maker in Aichi Prefecture. The lady head vase seems to have spent nearly 70 years in Japan since its creation. Additionally, it appears to be a prototype, as the earring holes are unused, and there are no labels or engravings. I hope collectors will appreciate it.
