Aprés Ombré Gel-X Tips Application:

  • Prepare the nails by applying a layer of Gel X Prep, which will dehydrate your nails & remove any unwanted excess oil.
  • Apply a layer of Aprés Nail Primer, bonding to the natural nail for a long-lasting finish.
  • Prep the nail tips & size them, ready for each of your fingers.
  • File the sides of the nail tips, which may come in contact with the cuticles. This would allow the tips to sit perfectly on your nails.
  • Using an E-file drill, remove any unwanted shine from the tips which would be in contact with the natural nail.
  • Add a layer of a soft builder gel, allowing your nails to last up to 4 weeks.
  • Cure the nails using an LED lamp.
  • Apply the soft builder gel under the tip. Only apply this gel to the area of the tip, which is in contact with the natural nails.
  • To apply the Gel X false nail tips apply the nail tips to the natural nails, and press firmly on the natural nail with your thumb.
  • Remove any unwanted air bubbles.
  • Cure the nails in an LED lamp for 30 seconds for a flash cure or 60 seconds for a full cure.
  • Once the tips are cured, you can keep the pre-design, or you can apply a gel polish shade to the nails.
  • To complete your manicure you can apply a gel topcoat & cure.
