The remote ELO system is not
working we serviced it and installed a new battery but will not turn on. FYI the
ELO are programed if the battery goes out to defaults to the factory medium
rebound setting, which is working fine , you just do not have the lock out
function. She Has a few
typical paint scuffs and scratches All are consistence with its age and lite use
we have included a new set of WTB Lock On grips in the package as the original are a bit sticky
