1.If your item has been damaged in transit or becomes faulty during the warranty period, please email us with pictures or video to show the problem.
2.Please check everything carefully after you receive the parcel, as any damages except DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) are not covered if it's the fault of the consumer.
3.Please submit all enquires via the “Ask a Question” tab, located at the bottom of this page.
4.If your question cannot be answered, please send us a message and we will reply within 12 hours during business days, and within 72 hours during weekends.
5.Replies will go to your registered eBay account.
