DESCRIPTION:  Exceptionally well-centered for this most difficult issue, with all perforations clearing all the designs !! Gum is original and never hinged. We note for accuracy that the sheet looks to have a tiny sealed tear (truly miniscule and may well go unnoticed) at the top edge, which high in the ungummed area of the selvage only above the fourth stamp from the left in the top row, and also that there is a small natural paper bend (often seen on these sheets) mainly in bottom left selvage area of the sheet which is more prominent when viewing from the back than from the front.
