Muscle relaxing 

The warming MUSCLE RELAXATION bath salt with Epsom salt containing magnesium is enriched with natural essential oils of juniper berry, mint and rosemary. In combination with the warm water, the bath salt has a relaxing and balancing effect on the body and muscles.

~  Add the bath crystals to the incoming bath water (36-38 °C) and dissolve completely. 

~ Optimal bathing time: 15-20 minutes

Application and use :

Add the entire contents of a sachet of altapharma bronchial sea salt bath to the incoming bath water, do not sprinkle into the empty tub. 

~ The bathing temperature should be 36-38°C. 

~ Enjoy your bath for 10-20 minutes.
