Tracy please allow me to inform you that combined postage is something which can only be offered to domestic buyers as in international orders the package need to pass through the customs and to avoid any hassle with the same, combined postage can be applied on domestic orders.
To my overseas customers I apologise. The only way I can do combined postage for you is to list all your items under one listing and charge one postage cost under that listing. Or you pay for each item individually and I refund the excess postage. The above message is from eBay to me with the explanation.
