1 roll = 65 feet of slimming wrap (7.8" width)


Instructions:


1. Spread appropriate amount of essential oil evenly on thighs or other body areas, rub gently.

2. Wrap with slimming wrap tightly from bottom to top until you feel that it will not slip off. 


3. Walking slowly back and forth in the room or exercising on the treadmill.


4. After 15 minutes, you can feel the fat burning and perspiration.


5. Can also be used when watching TV. Put on the plastic wrap and wait for 30 minutes to remove it.
