M2Tech DAC Young 32/384kHz USB S/PDIF AES/EBU ifi power. Made in Italy.

A reference DAC, one of the best under 1000 euros, in perfect working condition and aesthetics. Comes in original box with an upgraded power unit, ifi Audio iPower.

Would consider posting it internationally but please, ask for a quote as the postage differs from country to country and the amount in the description is for European Union only, thanks.

"The surprising part is that even when teasing much more expensive machines, the M2Tech Young is not only up to par, but sometimes better. It's fluid, transparent, airy without being evanescent. There are the material, and the bass part of the bandwidth often seems more precise, more defined while remaining well in its place. Without adding anything, without ever showing off, this converter seems to extract the best from the sound recordings to go to the essential: the pleasure of listening. Nothing artificial or "electronic" in the rendering. We simply go further into the notes, in the silence around them. It's beautiful work for a very reasonable price considering its performance."

Highly detailed review:

The M2Tech Young is a very advanced DAC which can receive the 32-bit 192kHz signal via the classic connections and 32/384 via USB.

The Young is a small device. Its chassis is a thick aluminium extrusion with the PCB assembly inserted into it. In the front we have an arc-shaped perforated black mesh screen hiding an incredibly big red LED display. The displayed text is scrollable and super legible. The overall cosmetics are splendid.

"The first thing to make clear is that the sound is certainly of high-end breeding. We would have been most disappointed had it lacked anything significant in terms of resolution or neutrality and, indeed, it scored highly for both of those.
It's actually exceptionally revealing and brought out details we had forgotten about in some of our own recordings – things we remembered from the recording session but hadn't heard in a while via more prosaic replay equipment."
