This delightful fob has made using a Dutch silver 25 cent coin dated 1928. It has been cut with care around Queen Wilhelmina's profile to produce the cameo, leaving the legend intact. The coin has a fixed bale attached with a 

I believe that it may have been made by an individual rather than an artisan. These pieces were often made under the banner of trench art. 

 

The fob is offered in good antique condition, it measures approx. 1.9cm in diameter.
