Loretta Burton Youngman (American, b. 1943) is an artist and teacher originally from North Carolina. She lived and taught in the Philippines, Taiwan, and Hungary. She was an art teacher at the International school in the Philippines in Makati and an art teacher at Taipei American School in Taiwan where she promoted and taught the IB Art Program. She is a member of the Florida Women's Arts Association. Youngman now lives and works in Ormond-By-The-Sea, Florida.
