Dimora Silicone Super Absorbent Dressing
Silicone Super Absorbent Dressing with Border is an absorbent dressing provides effective exudate control and skin contact gently. The multilayers instruction made it ideal for the moderate to heavily exudate wounds. The silicone wound contact layer transmits fluid wards and does not adhere to the wound site. It features a micro-adherent, silicone interface and borders so no additional materials are required to secure the dressing; distribution layer with rapid fluid uptake distributes evenly upwards into the absorbent layer; the central absorbent core contains SAP polymer, bring about outstanding absorption and retention; the botton layer of SAP provides good breathabble. Top backing film of high breathable, waterproof and bacterial barrier maintains a moist healing environment for wound care.
