Cycles and Pulses” is a limited edition of 200 factory pressed CD’s in super gloss digipack. Beautiful cover and internal photos by Steven Leak and artwork design by Matthew Sawyer. Recorded January to March 2022 these pieces are a mood reflection, a perpetuation of emotion over a three month period but actually in some ways portray our current times. Perhaps some of the material may be an adventure too far, hopefully not, with distorted darkness, metallic reverb effects and atonal sequencing to Cosmic Organ and voice, all processed thru the modular with various filter, LFO and delay modules. However, there is still plenty of 70’s sequencing with emotive sections utilising the Elka Rhapsody’s, Mellotron and the wall of modular and sequencer units. The warmth and light is still in there and hopefully they will take you on a journey.
