Watches by Timepiece are pre-owned watch specialists with over 31 years experience in luxury watches from brands such as Rolex, Omega, Breitling and we have been selling on eBay since July 2007. We pride ourselves on our customer service with 100% positive feedback.

 

Due to eBay listing policy sellers are not allowed to show their phone number or address in listings or provide any contact details to buyers until a purchase has been confirmed (but not necessarily paid for yet).

 

If you wish to come and view a watch please click Buy It Now to secure the watch and message us as soon as possible. We can then arrange an appointment for you to visit one of our shops to view the watch and complete payment by cash or debit card on collection. Please note that watches are stored off-site and an appointment must be arranged for viewings and for purchases completed in person. There has to be a sale started on eBay before any appointments can be arranged.

  

What you will receive

The watch will be supplied with everything shown in the images and detailed in the description along with our 12 month movement warranty (unless any remaining manufacturer warranty is longer than this). Please do note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidental damage, it covers the mechanical function of the watch only.

 

Watch condition and pre-sale work

Many of our watches are pre-owned (unless stated otherwise) so have been worn by the previous owners. Each watch is thoroughly checked and then serviced and carefully polished if needed by our highly experienced watch technicians before being offered for sale, so you have peace of mind that you are buying a watch in great condition. We never over-polish our watches so that the original shape is kept.

 

We photograph our watches under white LED light which can highlight any imperfections, these are usually much less noticeable when viewing the watch in the flesh. If you have any questions about the condition of a watch please do contact us through the eBay messaging system.

 

Payment information

Please only bid or buy if you definitely intend to proceed with the purchase. Please note that if payment has not been completed within 24 hours, or we have not been contacted within 12 hours to arrange completion by cash on collection, we will open an unpaid item case and relist the item.

 

We accept most major credit/debit cards (chip and pin) and cash on collection when completing purchases in person. Payment can also be completed straight through eBay Managed Payments and we then post the item out once the order is showing as ready for dispatch on eBay. When items are shipped to buyers, we will only post to the address shown on the eBay order. This is to protect both the buyer and seller against possible fraudulent activity.

 

Collection

Once you have committed to buy on eBay you are more than welcome to collect and pay in person at one of our stores (but note that if the watch has already been paid straight through eBay then the watch cannot be collected, it has to be posted out as per eBay policies).

 

Bracelet Sizing

Our pre-owned watches are supplied with the links that were on the watch when we purchased it. Should you require extra links we may be able to source these for you at extra cost. If you aren't sure the watch will fit, you are welcome to message us and we will always be happy to assist.

 

Returns

As detailed in our returns policy, returns are accepted within 30 days if the watch is not as described, it must be in exactly the same condition and have all the items included that you received with the watch, the watch will then be checked by our watchmakers before a refund is made (please contact us for our returns address).
