This is a lot of two different (small-4 1/4 inch tall & large-5 1/4 inch tall) 1970's High Sierra Camps patch issued by the Golden Empire Council (GEC), Boy Scouts of America headquartered in Sacramento, CA.  The patches are in new condition.
