This is a classic all original 1:24th scale white and red 1955 Old Super Eighty-Eight convertible diecast automobile made during the late 1990's by Danbury Mint. This limited production 25 to 30 year old collectible car has never been removed from its factory styrofoam inner packaging in which it arrived in the mail from Danbury Mint. The person who received it never displayed or even looked at it. The tissue paper, which protects it within that packaging, still remains in place. Nobody has even taken the car out to look at it in roughly 30 years since it was made. All internal packaging is still perfect. The The 9.25" x 3.5" x 4.5" cardboard box is complete and intact, with strong edges and corners. There is a 3/4 inch long gash in the front box cover. Nothing inside was harmed in any way. Box colors are still bright and shiny. All paperwork was lost at some point.

A rare vintage 25+ year old car in this NIB condition is a must for any GM, Oldsmobile, 88 / 98, convertible, unbuilt kit, or 1:24th / 1:25th model car fan or collector who seeks the rarest and best available. You will not see a nicer or newer example of this unusual car.

 Shipping will be via whichever USPS rate makes the most sense given my attempt to limit the cost while delivering the item in a safe and timely manner (Most likely first class). Insurance is required for all shipments of $100 or more. The buyer will be responsible for the actual cost of such insurance.
