A porcelain sake cup with "Conquering Russia anniversary, Infantry (foot soldier) Congratulations", written along the edge.
The image is of some kind of artillery piece that is mounted on train tracks. (There appears to be train wheels on the back.) There's a crane loading a shell into the breech and a lot of other details.
In fact the details on this are excellent as is the condition.
