Installation:
The
interface connects to the CD changer port located on the back of your
car stereo. On some cars, this can be reached from the passenger side
whilst on others you will need to remove the radio. Instructions how to
remove your radio to access the CD changer port can be found through
many online resources, car manuals or by a local installer.

- Mazda RX8:
To check which firmware your RX-8 has, make sure the radio (FM) is
turned on, then press and hold "TEXT." Then, also press and hold "1" at
the same time for a few more seconds. The LCD should then report your
firmware version. If the firmware is between 9.55-9.99 then our
interface is compatible. If it is firmware 10.01 or 9.81 then
unfortunately it is not possible to use any type of CD changer interface
with your system.
The
interface is compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device including
Andriod, Blackberry, Windows, iOS mobile phones and tablets.
