Made from the fresh, tart, in-season Caribbean Tamarind. This chutney/sauce is a pure delight. Use on sandwiches, crackers, toast or as a condiment. Add flavor to a dish. Wonderful when drizzled on grilled fish, and lovely on fresh avocado slices. Also use as a dipping sauce for samosas. It contains the spicy flavor of Scotch Bonnet pepper, but doesn't have that burn that you might expect. It's definitely one for the pantry because it compliments so many meals and snacks. Store in the fridge after opening.
