Original true vintage chrome and porcelain recessed bathroom mirror/medicine cabinet by Hall-Mack.  It is in generally very good condition for its age, with the following points to note - The shelf supports as present but there are no shelves included.  The chain is included but it will need re-attached.  There is some minor rust on the inside of the mirror door (shown in photos).
