This is a new old stock Polaris Snowmobile Nose Cone. It does have what I would describe as shelf wear. There are small scuffs/scratches and imperfections on it from being in storage and moved around on a shelf. It has never been installed and has no major damage. There are no decals on it either. This will fit select 1993-1998 Snowmobile models so please do your own research to verify it will fit for you before ordering.
