This is an excellent old Imari ( or Arita) ware blue & white porcelain sake bottle or Tokkuri. The piece is about 170-180 years old from the Edo period (1600-1868). A sake bottle decorated with the design of bamboo, grasses & rocks is a classic design on Imari sake bottle made at the Arita kilns in the early 19th century.

The condition is excellent for age; there are no cracks or repairs.There issues ne small chip on the foot.

The bottle measures 6 1/2” in diameter and 10 1/4” in height.
