Return Policy: 

We provide all our customers 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee which assures our customers that they will receive all orders promptly and exactly as described. In addition, it allows customers to return new and unused products in their original factory condition for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. We aim to provide accurate descriptions of all goods so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase. We understand, however, that occasionally you may want to return the item/s you have ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us via eBay message within 10 days of receipt of your order - please do not return any goods before contacting us. We aim to reply to your eBay message within 24 hours during opening hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) to advise you on the returns process.

All returned items must be complete, in the original packaging and in an unused re-saleable condition. A full refund of the order total will be made using the original payment method. Please be advised that depending on listing used for the purchase you may be responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Shipping Policy:

We aim to provide fast, efficient delivery for all of our items and orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days using FedEx/DHL/UPS or similar courier service. All our orders come with free shipping within the continental United States (48 states).

Please note that on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S territories, APO/ FPO, Canada and all other countries of the world there will be a delivery surcharge.

Please make sure your address in eBay is correct. If you want us to send the item to a different address, please contact us via eBay message service right after you make the payment.

Package transit time: please expect 3-7 business days within US, 10-20 business days to Canada, up to 30 business days all around the world. Tracking number will be provided for all items shipped. If you feel that there is an issue with the tracking number provided or that your item is not delivered within the above given timeframes please contact us via eBay messaging service or our email to assist you and provide further information.

Do not open a dispute case without contacting us as this can further delay the whole process of us assisting you.

Terms & Condition:

By making purchase on eBay buyer acknowledges that we will offer a replacement or credit for the purchase value of defective goods only if we are satisfied that such was solely through faulty material or workmanship and such goods must be returned immediately before a credit/replacement can be issued.

We may request photographs for the defective item as well as Vehicle Identification number (VIN) for inspection and investigation purposes. If deemed necessary we may substitute the part with one that is functionally equivalent. We may ask you to return faulty product to us. Any defective items must be delivered to our warehouse; all postage and custom duties.  for the return will be paid by buyer. We retain the right to inspect any item before issuing a refund or providing a replacement.

Warranty Limitation/Limited Liability:

The buyer acknowledges that Engine Parts Direct will only be responsible for the cost of replacement of the product we have sold and will not be liable for any direct or indirect consequential loss or damage that may occur to the motor after the installation. In the event that a part sold by Engine Parts Direct under warranty fails to function, liability shall be constrained to either replacing the part or providing a remedy, with the option chosen by Engine Parts Direct, not to surpass the price paid for the part.

Warranty Null and Void If

Warranty is void if the installation is not done at a Licensed Automotive Repair Facility or by a ASE(Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanic. 

· The vehicle is converted from private passenger use to commercial or fleet use, or is utilized for racing, other competitions, or off-road recreational activities.

· Failure is attributed to abuse, misuse, or alterations.

· Failure is a result of using the part for purposes other than those intended or recommended by the manufacturer.

· Failure is resulted due to neglect in engine service as recommended by manufacturer.

· The part fails or becomes defective due to the vehicle being involved in a collision.

 Any warranty claims must be initiated by sending us a message on eBay. Warranty claim be not process later than 6 months or 6000 miles whichever comes first from the date of dispatched.
