..**1992 Connoisseur Collection Custard & Marigold Hand Painted, Sand Carved Vase**

Very Limited in number, this is #305 of only 750

This Amazing vase is made of Custard Glass which was first developed in the U.S. about 1890. The vase is blown, reheated, iridized with 2 metallic salt formulas and heated again to develop a Gold Luster. The surface is then sand carved away to reveal 3 glimmering fish floating in a hand painted sea!!

Such a beautiful sea of colors with frit accents!!
