Not sure how to describe it

But hope I get it right

The wheel measures approx 20” crossed

The seat heights is 25” Approx

Think it can be raised

This was brought from Argos about 4 years ago

But was used less than 10 times

Will need to be cleaned and oiled and tyres pumped up
