Minor bubbles give it a 3D look for fun tatting. The shuttles have been decoupaged and then two coats of acrylic have been applied.  The process I use cause bubbles, although every effort has been made to avoid them – some shuttles bubbles have been amplified to give an effect of water or snow.

If the bubbles do not appeal to you, please do not buy the shuttles.
