The set is in USED and played with condition.  The minifigure is in very very good condition.  What is shown in the picture is what will be delivered.  The set will be dismantled for shipping.  There are no instructions, box or extra pieces.  The dark bluish gray baseplates are not included.  If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
