We accept returns under following conditions:

• Customer requests return authorization and confirms that the product was Not Used, if the product was sold as New
• Customer will return the product in the original condition
• Return Shipping will be paid by the customer except when we have made mistake that can be verified via proof provided by the customer
• Items should be returned in original condition along with all original packaging
• If Buyer declines to accept a delivery by the carrier, return shipping and any other charges levied by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount upon receipt of unclaimed shipment

For all out of Policy Returns following terms apply:

• We do not accept products that are returned in USED condition which were sold to you in NEW (with and without Box)
• If the product is not returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION as it was sold, there will be No refunds
• Unclaimed out of policy returns are scrapped after 5 busy days, if customer does not make arrangements to pickup
• Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer
