• Postage

Postage is based off of estimated selling price, type of item, weight and size, so are all different. All of the postage prices include compensation. The two main postage types used are Royal Mail 2nd class and Hermes. Royal mail take around 2-3 working days to deliver with their 2nd Class service and Hermes take around 2-4 days to deliver. There may be delays though.

Items are normally dispatched within 3 working days but again there might be delays.

Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, not as described or hasn’t arrived. If that is the case, please use the eBay return/refund system.
