Large Items

• Large items must be shipped by freight.
• We use a 3rd party for shipping, and the cost of shipping is highly dependent on whether the address is residential or commercial as well as its distance to us.
• You MUST have a working phone number for freight shipments; we will call you to confirm part fitment prior to releasing the shipment.
• Local pickup option is also available.

Warranty & Returns

• Standard 30-day returns. Warranty is on parts ONLY; labor is not covered

• Additionally, you can purchase one-year Allstate insurance from eBay.

• If an item is received damaged, kindly send us pictures of the package condition, the broken item from all angles and also a photo that shows the tracking number so that we can make a claim with the shipping company.
