G.H.R was a part of Dayton Malleable Iron Company, also known as Dayton Malleable Inc. I've attached a couple of screen shots that help show the history of the plant. It's interesting to read the history, and see the impact it had on the Hungarian immigrants in the area.

The pictures tell the story on the badge, which is probably from the 30's or 40's.
