This is a beautiful and unique piece of cloisonné art in excellent condition with no issues. The art is highly detailed with little animals and flowers surrounding the mother and child. The frame is made of wood and painted silver and an avocado green. The art is 11 1/4 square. The back has black felt that has some wear. Postage includes a signature receipt. See Pics.
