1996 Rare Retired TY Gobbles Turkey with Several Rare and Unusual Errors

 Indications that this is a Rare first edition Gobbles the Turkey retired Ty Beannie Baby:

 -       Swingtag lists style number as 4034

-       Has double polyester felt waddle with visible stitching

-       Tushtag says “P.V.C. pellets” indicates first generation

-       Birth date is numeric (11 - 27- 96) instead of “November 27, 1996”

-       Fareham,Hants on swing tag indicates a limited edition

Misprints or irregularities on Swing Tag:

Letter I on front of swing tag is not capitalized. It doesn’t have lines on the top and the bottom

Oakbrook is written as one word.  Should be “Oak Brook”

No comma after Oak Brook

No “UK” shown after “5TX”

A period after “IL” on swingtag

Extra space after Date of Birth before colon

“Visit our web page” on SwingTag – not common

Has red star on swing tag

Errors or irregularities on Tush Tag:

There is a comma Inc., after1996 TY Inc., on tush tag

Red star on tush tag

No comma after Oak Brook

No red stamp or style number on inside of tush tag
