This electric guitar is a vintage Harmony BobKat H15 model from 1965. Featuring gold foil pickups, this right-handed guitar has a solid body with a multicolor finish. The 6-string guitar has a maple fretboard and neck, and is made in the United States. The guitar comes with a case and is suitable for musicians looking for a unique and classic sound.

I removed the pickguard to reveal the the pickups were manufactured by Rowe Industries Inc on December  29, 1965. (See picture) They are the company that manufactured the DeArmond gold foil pickups. I have listed this guitar as a 1965 but given that the pickups were manufactured at the end of that year the actual guitar might be a 1966 model?

The guitar has been tested in that it plays and all switches and knobs work. It sounds great. Given that the guitar is almost 60 years old it is in very good cosmetic condition. The chrome and pickups look like new. There are dings and nicks along the edges and two scrapes along the edges that go down to bare wood about 1/2 inch wide. See pictures. The top and bottom of the guitar are in remarkably good shape. There is a piece broken off the pick guard at the top screw, See the last picture. The case is a little worse for wear and the inside storage lid top is broken off.

Any information regarding model number and other specifics was obtained through internet search as I don't have original specs.Guitar will be shipped in a guitar box approximately 6" x 18" x 46". The guitar will be wrapped in bubble wrap.
