Peach Lusterware porcelain elephant planter.
This is the perfect size for a small succulent
or cactus. The bottom has the Red Maruyama
Toki Yamashiro Ryuhei hallmark. Circa 1920-1930.
Made in Japan.

Yamashiro Ryuhei changed name to Maruyama.
Maruyama Toki Yamashiro Ryuhei was a Japanese
ceramicist well known for his made for export works
of people, animals and characters. The red stamp
on the bottom identifies this as Maruyama Toki,
Yamashiro Ryuhei Seto, Aichi province.

Weighs 4.4 ounces.

Measurements:
2 and 1/2" in width, 5 and 1/2" in length,
3 and 1/2" in height.

EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION.
