I opened one for photographs, but they are both brand new still in the original plastic... Forgive me if I don't fold it exactly how it was... They never touched the ground... It felt weird even opening it without putting it up on a pole... I have my own, but I have a few extra... so the price is for both flags....There are two flags... they're both 3 x 5...
