The moment you buy from me, you accept all the conditions described here in the announce. 


HOW ACCURATE IS THE DESCRIPTION OF THE ITEM?

I always try my best to point out any obvious flaws, but, I can miss something. The evaluation is always personal.

I describe each article as good as possible using PHOTOS and TEXT.

Please, also look at the PHOTOS as those are IMPORTANT part of the description.

Due to previous experiences, I ask you to READ THOROUGHLY THE DESCRIPTION AND WATCH CAREFULLY THE PHOTOS!

 

CAN I ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ITEM?

YESI suggest you ask if you need more information or photos. ASK, IF YOU ARE REALLY INTERESTED.

Make sure before bidding or buying that the article and its quality fulfils your requirements.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

I will not cancel your order or after you win the bid because you are changing your mind 

or because the object is not as you thought. I am serious seller and I ask the same from my buyers.


HOW MANY DAYS FOR THE PAYMENT?
Payment must be done within 3 days. Please note that with the new payment methods it takes more days to receive the payment from eBay.

Therefore, the sooner you pay, the sooner I can ship.

 

ARE THERE ANY GUARANTEES?

This is a private selling of second-hand objects.

I DO NOT REFUND, REPLACE OR TAKE THE ARTICLE BACK.

Each article is sold "as it is". I sell in good faith.

I do not accept return or refund requests, if you open a case through eBay and eBay approves to you the restitution of the item,

you must return the item to me in the same conditions as you as you bought it. The shipping cost for the return is at your charge

and you must send the item back in the same condition you bought it using a tracked and insured shipping method. 

 

WHICH ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS? TO WHICH COUNTRIES?

I ship through the Swedish post. I will only ship registered (which includes the insurance).

I ship worldwide with some exceptions.


HOW CAN I FOLLOW THE SHIPMENT?

After I left the package at the post office, I will send to you the information to track the package. 

You can use both the Swedish post website (www.postnord.se) and your national post website.


WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPMENT?

I am not responsible for delays or lost, after I left the package at the post office.

The item is of your property as soon as I have left it at the post office

It is your responsibility to check with the post, using the information I provided you.


DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND FEES?

EU buyers are free from import duties, taxes and other chargers.

NON-EU buyers are responsible to pay import duties, taxes and other chargers.

IF APPLICABLE, DUTIES AND FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING RATE 

AND ARE ALWAYS TO BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

 

DO YOU COMBINE SHIPPING?

Yes, I do combine shipping when it is possible. 

When you buy more items, you can save on the shipping cost by combining shipping. 
If you are interested to buy more than one item, please contact me before purchasing, 

so I can check the combined shipping cost. 

In this case, wait for the final invoice before paying with the update shipping rate.
