Has wear on it as it was used. Never dropped. Has some scratches but works like new. Updated Ram to 32GB and SSD is at 1TB. A must have for travelers. Super fast and runs on Windows 11 Pro. Touchscreen is very useful. Comes with charger not shown in pictures. Will be factory reset when shipped as it’s still set up with my settings till sold.
