For your consideration, Dr4 Watches has on offer a fairly rare Tissot Seastar 1000 Automatic Dive watch with the classic black dial on the cool black rubber integrated or rounded strap.  This watch reference is kind of rare to begin with and I was delighted to find one in this good of a condition.  This is the higher-end "professional" version with the more-than-you-will-ever-need deep dive capability.

Of course we are bringing the best value on the internet because we tirelessly source our inventory and inspect very closely upon receipt for quality and authenticity.

We are extremely thorough in our listings and we still absolutely encourage questions regarding the timepieces.  If you have questions regarding the specifications, provenance, history, etc., no problem.  Just ask if you have a question!

We only deal in 100% real watches because reputation is critical for us and in this industry in particular.  We always have the inventory in our possession.  We do not do the broker thing.

The condition of this watch is as follows:  Pre-owned in good condition.  I would rate this overall package at 95%.

Because we only want timepiece customers who are delighted with their purchase, we strive to add some additional insight to help you make a great timepiece decision.

With that in mind, some additional considerations about this watch include:

1.     This watch is large at 44mm and works well on medium to large male wrists.  It brings a modern sporting look and I can recommend this watch for somebody with a wrist size of 15.5cm in circumference and larger.  Note that the rubber strap fits up to about a 7+3/8 inch wrist only.  If your wrist is larger, you will need to find a larger strap.  I have put a prior silver version of this same watch on several different straps and it worked well with aftermarket straps.  My wrist is 7+1/4 inch and it fits me great because I like to wear this one a little higher on the wrist as it has a fairly broad stance across the wrist.  Impressive, masculine, retro and unapologetic like a vintage Riva Aquarama.

2.     This is a fantastic dive watch that works well with a variety of color palettes and sporting occassions.  If this one is still around for my Summer Carribean adventure, then I will likely take this one to the islands with me.  Of course, it is awesome around any water related activity from a swimming pool to a dive bar to a yacht.

3.  Classical good looks from Tissot with a Swiss Made automatic movement.  A simply beautiful and balanced and very purposeful tool watch.

4.  The bezel is awesome with a satisfying belt-fed gun sounding rugged click and the wonderful use of details and lume.

5.  The hands are also a stand-out feature and it has really nice lume.

6.  Visibility wise you get a really cool domed front crystal which has that wonderful distortion effect when viewed from the side... brings a vintage throwback feel that is revered by collectors.  Flip this beast over and you get a nice exhibition caseback.  Very, very uncommon to see a watch with this level of water resistance also reward the buyer with a view into the Swiss automatic movement.

7.  Awesome collateral via the soft case --- kind of a vintage toiletry case vibe --- see in the 2nd photo.  I personally love it and would use it as a toiletry kit on a week-end or week long getaway with this cool, retro diving timepiece.

8.  Check out vids on this cool reference:  Tissot Seastar 1000ft - underrated and ubercool looking diver.  It is interesting that these versions of the Tissot Seastar (in any of the colors) are more desireable than more current models of the same Seastar 1000 name.  The Tissot Seastar line has become less interesting with the more modern references and this is not just me saying this but the reality as reflected in the pre-owned timepiece market.  This one --- with the 1,000 feet water resistance --- is the beloved reference of professional divers and to see it in person, well, it is easy to see why.

We do not offer a warranty but will work with you to make any post-purchase repairs via advice on where to go and what to do (with no profit for us but paid for by you).  Everything we sell is working fine for all functions when it leaves our facility (or more specifically the safe deposit box where our watches reside).  In some cases, we can go back to our source and get the watch repaired for free based on our relationship and reputation.  We should always be the first port-of-call if there is an issue.  100% delighted customers so far and we aim to keep it that way.

Please examine the pictures, what you see is what you get.  The only exceptions are the black case that we photoraph on and the English Bull Dog which we put in our group shots because we think it looks great.  The Bull Dog is a James Bond tie-in and we kind of really like James Bond.

And finally, we are an Atlanta based business but we also operate out of North Florida (some inventory in both places) as I like to include my brother in the business some.

Thank you for your consideration,

Steve
