This bike works, and it is still a Nomad, but the buyer needs to be comfortable with the significant cosmetic wear that I describe in detail herein.

Basically I had a leftover frame and a few parts and my wife built it up for herself, that's why there is a mix of used and new components. The only glitch here is that the seatpost and saddle are not great for a medium sized male (the most likely buyer). If that's you I'm willing to negotiate dropping those two parts out and adjusting price. Let me know.

Another XO derailleur for parts. It is in pretty good shape actually, just needs degreasing and a pulley wheel (one is chipped). Between this and the XO on the bike, hopefully you can get by for a while.

Detailed Condition Description

I'll start with the better aspects. A bunch of components are basically new, excellent condition:

the Turbine stem that is currently on it

bash guard (brand new)

Then here is the stuff that is in good working order, with normal cosmetic wear:

brake calipers
rotors
rear suspension (missing one of the Rock Shox stickers)
cassette
cranks
shift lever
cassette

Then, the stuff that has notable blemishes/wear:

frame—there are scratches, mostly on the rear triangle, and some down tube wear. Front triangle is mostly in better shape (but downtube wear) and the bottom plastic protector is chipped. Also sun faded in spots. Lots of detailed photos for you to peruse. All cosmetic, nothing structural.
handlebars—scratches, see photos.
fork—it lacks the original stickers and has some sun fade/discoloring. See photos.
derailleur is scratched and worn. I was able to get it indexing fine (see video), but I would imagine it has maximum another 500 miles in it, depending on riding style. But I'm including another one for parts so hopefully that helps.

Then the one thing mechanical:

the contact adjust dials on the Code RSC levers are stuck. The brake action is good, but I'm not sure if you'll be able to get these dials working. Brakes work and was able to bleed them no problem.
